“Thelocactus” Genus

Thelocactus Genus Image

Thelocactus is a known flowering cactus genus. It is native to Central and Northern Mexico. Thelocactus is a small genus with only one to two identified species. Thelocactus plants are globe-shaped, small, and cylindrical. The ribs are marked and twisted in a spiral. The flowers bloom at the very top of the plant, and colors vary from white, yellow, red, or purple.
