“Polaskia” Genus Cacti Polaskia is named after an American cactus hobbyist, Charles Polaski. This genus is native to Southern Mexico. In terms of physical appearance, Polaskia plants are tree-like, have bright green shoots, bell-shaped white to beige flowers, and spherical edible and juicy fruits. Currently, Polaskia has two species only named Polaski Chende and Polaski Chichipe.
